Be a Food Vendor!
$60 Vendor Space or Free for BDL members
Each vendor must have their booth/food truck set up by 5:30 PM. Each vendor must remain set up until 8:30 PM. Breakdown may begin after 8:00 pm.
Each vendor space will be approximately 10’ X 10’ or up to a 16’ trailer. Each vendor must be 10’ apart from each other.
Vendors must supply tables, chairs, tents/canopies, and table coverings.
We will assign your booth location.
The NON-REFUNDABLE payment for the space is due at the time of registration to secure your space.
All vendors must be registered, and payment must be complete two weeks before the Sound Downtown event date that you will be a vendor.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their entire booth space after the event. Pack it in, pack it out, including all garbage.
If not be able to attend, please let us know ASAP.
There is limited access to power. We will not be able to provide extension cords. Please provide your own as well as tape to secure the cords. You may bring a generator if needed. Generators must be quiet enough not to disrupt the event.
All vendors must provide a valid food handlers permit and seller’s permit if applicable, vendors will not be allowed to participate.
