The Downtown Dish!
1.23.12 Beautiful Downtown Lewiston is pleased to announce that it has been selected to manage the Public Arts Initiative, a component of the URA First and Fifth Streets rebuild project geared toward increasing economic vitality through public art. As part of this new endeavor, BDL will be taking applications for a contract opportunity: Public Arts Coordinator. Applications are due on January 30.

11.30.11 On November 25, Beautiful Downtown Lewiston kicked off its first ever Shop Downtown campaign. Please join us for this month-long holiday shopping campaign which encourages you to "Shift Your Shopping" to local, independent businesses. As part of this campaign, our 23 participating downtown businesses are hosting an open house event on Friday, December 9 from 5-8 p.m.: Holiday Night Out. Join us for all the fun this holiday season in downtown Lewiston!
10.6.11 Downtown Lewiston is full of life and art! BDL's first Downtown Art Walk was a huge success, and we are excited to see the mural project at 513 Main Street developing more each day. October brings two beloved events to downtown Lewiston: Pumpkin Palooza and Main Street Trick-or-Treat. Registration forms are now available for the Spooky Pooch Parade. Learn more in our October newsletter.
